Jacob has worked on refining a model for the delayed effect of radiation on gliomas, as well as concurrent and adjuvant chemotherapy and is testing this model on patient data. In addition, Jacob has automated elements of our 3D simulation analysis, creating beautiful movies! And, becoming an expert MATLAB programmer.
