Stanley has developed and enhanced MRI volumetric data acquisition tools using MATLAB, in addition to the collection and measurement of that data. Currently, Stanley is developing a tool for generating simulated positron emission tomography (SPET) from a mathematical model of tumor growth. The end goal of this project is to enable the generation of realistic SPETs to compare with clinical PET scans side-by-side.
