Darian Takase
Image Analyst
Bio
Darian is in her final year studying biochemistry at Arizona State University. She hopes to continue her education after college by attending medical school to become a physician. Her passion for medicine was heavily influenced by her grandfather, Dr. Allan Takase, who served as one of the first OB/GYNs in her hometown of Hilo, Hawaii.
Darian joined the MNO lab as an image analyst in Fall 2017 to gain invaluable insight about the medical implications of glioblastomas. In addition to measuring for the Image Analysis Team, Darian also enjoys teaching a chemistry lab at ASU, being a member of Alpha Chi Omega, and watching the Cleveland Cavaliers win.
